Default HL Tiger Left Drive Wheel Falling Off...

Happy Holidays!
You guys have probably already been over this, but I couldn't find it in search.

The left front wheel of my HL s&s Tiger 1 just decided to start coming off. Everything else is fine...

Please advise or I'm getting out the super glue! Thanks!

I've had this happen on both of my HL Tigers, I think it's "normal"!

You need to prise off the centre cover of the "sprocket" (front wheel), it's the bit that has a bump in the centre and 5 round it's edge. Once you prise that off, you'll be able to get a small philips head screwdriver in and tighten it up/re-attach it. I believe threadlock is recommended, but I'm holding off on doing that to mine yet as it's about to get a full strip down and re-model.

You may need to tighten up the suspension arms a bit as well.

Hot dang! I can DO this!

Thanks for the help, y'all! I was worried I'd have to start sending it back, but it runs like a champ. How does one go about "tightening the suspension"? Is it in the "search" feature?

Y'all ROCK!

Go get some free downloads for your trouble...

www.soundclick.com/thecoastalcowboys

We decided to get a Tiger and a Snow Leopard to settle our "creative differences" with instead of arguing in the studio!

Hey, why not?

Thanks again! HL should be paying y'all!

Happy New Year!

Whoo-Hooo!

Ten minutes later and BOTH my Tigers have secure drive wheels!!!

Noticed on the S&S model, the hex-head screw has been replaced with a phillips head, so I got out my set of rods and VOILA!
(It may have been the opposite...)

I am hoping the replacement barrel from MATO will include some directions. If not, you'll be hearing from me!

Thanks again!!
