Wasn't looking to buy at so early a stage, nor was I shopping but it's interesting to find it so soon after Christmas.

If you read the fine print, it tells you the US price is $59 plus shipping... Didn't expect to see this until Jan 07.

Not sure about the price it's been translated by ebay and 150SGD's = nearly £50 (UK Pound Sterling) and is $97 (USD's)


But I want one........ no wait a minute, I want three.

I would suggest waiting 2-3 months for the supply to catch up with demand the price will drop accordingly.

If I had the money I'd get one now. The HL's seem to be getting better and better and I can't see how they could go too wrong with this. The only problem is the lack of metal upgrades.

Someone will buy one at those prices, just to be one of the first to own one or for just some insatiable need.

The problem of lack of upgrades should be remedied in short order. It didn't take entirely too long for the first Walker Bulldog upgrades to appear and that was a completely new tank. I'll bet metal tracks, gearboxes and metal running gear are already in the development stages.

I think £50 is a pretty reasonable price for an s+s tank,the postage is £25.50,i think i might take the plunge.

There's a new line in the item's description today: "SOLD OUT. TANKS WILL BE AVAILABLE ~15TH JAN 2007. YOU CAN PLACE PRE-ORDER."

Looks like he never really had them in hand. As I looked at the picture in the item I thought it looked familiar. It is from the preview/review article at World RC Tank HQ.

I think I'll wait until a dealer I trust has them in stock.
