Default Whats with the Metal Tracks?

I put the metal Tracks on my T 34/85 last night and they seemed to me to be real tight. I know they need to stay on the road wheels and idelers since there is no tensioners on the Soviet tank. I took them off and put the plastic ones back on, are they supose to be that tight? I am afraid that the resistance will burn the motors out from excessive load. These are the Tracks from MATO. I even calibered the Plastic set and the metal set, only +/- 1mm difference. The tolorance is fine so what gives? Is there a metal gearbox set out there for the T-34 that I might have missed? Thanks guys Anthony.

the T34 does have a tensioner in the front of the tank..the trick is you need to take the tank apart and you will notice that the
front wheel mount has teeth and a screw from the inside that you can loosen or tighten the tracks.. I discovered it on mine back in November..

I hope this helps.
