Lol. I have seen it. Rivet counters at IPMS conventions will use them.

Didn't think there was much difference, just wanted a second opinion.

Thanks

The answer is easy to calculate. Even a caveman can do it

Just take the length of a full size tank and divide that by 15. Take the same length and divide that by 16. Subtract the smaller value from the larger value to get the difference.

For example, the full size Tiger I is 6.3 meters in length or 630 cm.
At 1/15 scale, the tank is 42 cm long.
At 1/16 scale, the tank is 39.375 cm in length.
The difference is 2.625 cm or 1.03 inch, which is a lot if you ask me.

By the way, Heng Long Tiger I is around 12mm or close to 1/2" too short in terms of scale size.

Yes, but 1/240 by itself doesn't mean anything. Now multiply 1/240 by the length (or width) of the full size tank, and BAM, you get the answer [8D]

Now if that guy can talk to his mother on the cell phone, then he can certainly compute the difference between 1/15 and 1/16 [sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif]
