I have not been able to figure this out. It seems as if one metal track is longer than the other. I layed both tracks side by side and could not tell a difference in length. Both tracks contain the same amount of track links. But when I place the tracks on my tiger one track is extremely tight compared to the other. In fact I have to add one link to this track in order to place it on my tiger. Has anyone else had this issue? [:@]

I've pretty much narrowed it down to the metal tracks. For some reason one of the tracks must be out of spec. No matter what side I put this track on it's a problem. It's either too tight or too loose.

Measure from center of drive wheel to center of idler wheel, with tracks off and see if there is a difference in distance. If your tracks are either too tight or too loose, depending on which side it's on, that would indicate a difference in the distance of the above centers.

Nope, in short order they'll stretch though. I've pulled a link out of each side and they're sagging again.

Yes, the tracks do start stretching in due time or during hard use. I've noticed some of my metal track pins are slightly bent, when I service my tank. I think the damage occurs when my 8lb.+ Tiger I slams down hard, after going over steep objects, and with all the bent pins = stretch.
