Dose any one, Any one at all know if a tamiya gearbox will fit in a hl tank if so were can i get one for a cheap price.

Hi, to my knowledge it should fit, but the HL electronics cannot handle it. I asked a dealer 3 month ago about this topic, and he said no.

However, now I have upgraded my HL Tiger with the Elmod electronics www.el-mod.de and this should be ok to have the Tamina gear installed.

Not much help here, but I hope I could bring you a bit further.

Would i be able to ceep the motors from the hl tiger but put the gears in it.

no, I dont think so. If you want the Tamia gear, you have to upgrade electronics. I use the Graupner 480 7.2 volt motors for my Elmod electronics, and that runs smooth.
