Default Is BYA still in business ?

Is BYA not in business anymore ? I emailed him twice but got no response. I want to buy metal tracks & suspension upgrade for my 1/15 Bandai tanks.

You may email Kenny Kong directly, BYA is selling most of his products including what you need. He has recently constructed a new site which is www.kennysmodeltank.com

I would not buy from them.
Check ETO or Axel's Modellbau. They are both good source for tank parts.

I have dealt with BYA just recently. Sometimes it takes a while for him to reply to emails, but he does. My wife bought be two Tamiya,"TBU's" from him, which I returned. He informed me when they arrived back to him, and then I made another order to use up the credit. He emailed me to let me know he would fill the order, and send it out. This all happened about two weeks ago. One man operations sometimes get pulled away because of the real job, and you have to exercise some patience. However as you have not purchased anything yet, the world is your market place.

I have bought over 5 tanks and several pieces of accessories from BYA and they are a top notch business and never had a moments problem with them. John DOES have a full time job and sometimes real life gets in the way so please just be patient.

My experience with BYA has been good service, poor communication.

Some of the 'in stock' items ship from Hong Kong, thus long delivery times.

Don't want to bore everyone AGAIN with my past venting. If you are interested, check out this past thread...

I'd rather spend the time working on a new video for the website......
