hi can this be use i have 6 tanks and would like to use my comptuer radio fubata 8u for them

Its not legal for North American use. The legal NA bands for surface (land) are 27 and 75 MHz.
Thjats also a PPM (aka FM) receiver, not a PCM one. If your 8u is switchable, thats ok to use, if you can get it retuned from 40 MHz.
If its a cheaper than main-brand receiver that you want, try the GWS ones, the Naro and Pico units. About half the price of the Futaba ones.
