Default Mauri 3 wire battery

Does anybody know if the third wire is just for the slow speed for the tank or does it power something else?

I am wanting to see if I can use a different battery pack and give up the slowest speed.. has anybody done this?

I have the A1A2 Abrams.

Never heard of a battery pack in a marui?
Mine all used 8AA cells...
Think you have another brand tank and photos?

Looks like a imatation...that extra wire must be a voltage power tap ...it my be for the speed or for the air gun or rotation and so forth.
Real Marui tanks use 8 AA's and not packs

Marui tanks also have the third wire.. but it's tapped to one of the tabs in the battery holder. The same set up is found in Academy Leo2A5s.

I think we found it's a Export Mauri (Epsilon) and I can tell you this tank is not new but atleast 3-4 years old...

but the question is what is the blue wire tap just for slow speed?
