I just want to take a second and tell you guy's what wonderful service I've recieved from John at Back Yard Armor. Over the last few months I've ordered a few odds and ends, nothing big. John E-mailed he my order status. I E-Mailed him back and asked about some T-81 track sprockets I needed [ I wanted to buy a set] that were missing with a kit I bought off E-Bay a few months ago for a Tamiya Pershing tank. John E-Mails me back saying that he will send them with my back order free of charge!! What great customer service!!!! This guy really rocks! So If you have a story about Good customer service from some one lets hear it. That way we can support the people that want our business.

Is Backyard Armour still there... ?
I ordered/paid some KT parts, and have been waiting for a month now for any feedback, they don't reply to mails about order status.
As I recall the stuff was in "available status" when I ordered.
