Default BYA

I ordered a Sturmtiger kit from BYA a week ago today. I have sent 5 e-mails to that company and I havent heard a thing. All I want to know is when I should exspect to see it in the mail. I paid $190 for that kit. I wouldnt be mad if they said that they ran out of stock or even if they said that it takes 2-3 days to process I would understand that. but to ignore me or just plain not care is wrong.

There internet site said that they had it in stock. It also says that shipping is done on Mon Tues and Wed... Like I said I ordered it on Friday Sep 31
I cain't be the only one who had this problem.

I ordered a SU-100 conversion kit from them about 6 mos ago. Emailed to ask on staus and heard nothing. I think it came in about 2 weeks. Sometimes they (he) gets right back to you and other times you never hear back.

When I bought from them I didn't get reply emails until it had already arrived. He is reliable, so give him a few more days before the email frenzy starts.

They are very reliable and this is not his full time effort because he does have a full time job that calls him away.

Just send him a few emails a week and I'm sure you'll hear from him. I too purchased the Sturm kit from him, the Easy Eight, 5 tanks and a whole slew of aftermarket parts and accessories. Never have they failed me.

Not an excuse but just a reasurance that he'll come through. Why just a few months ago an order of a few detail parts took almost 2 weeks, but I have had positive business with them and know sometimes things happen.

I just went to BYA's site and noticed that the kit was out of stock.

Was it in stock when you placed the order?

Perry got it right. Sometimes your hear back, sometimes you don't. Some people love BYA and others.......

Depending how you paid (PayPal, credit card, etc....) just make sure you keep track of the calendar. If the parts show up, no big deal. If you get close to a deadline - like PayPal has - you better pull the plug. I made the mistake of waiting too long and missed the deadline. I got some parts in a month, but it took over 9 months to get everything.

A weekly e-mail would be a good idea. Let us know how it goes.

If you want any details, you can search the achieves.

Sure was about an hour after I made my order I went back on that site to see what else they had and noticed it said that it was out of stock SO I am hoping that I was the one who got the last kit..

If cannot supply parts on time or organize a swift feedback to customers, then he must leave the business.
I would not dare ordering with him.
