Default Oiling gears....

Hi guys, another newbie question: I have tried searching old posts but found few on this topic: Do you guys regularly oil your gear boxes as part of your maintenance? I have read in other sites that some do not as it "gums" up the gears. If you do, what do you use (ie TAMIYA greas???). This is a great forum by the way for guys like me venturung into this hobby! I just need a new job to pay for it

Heng Long or Tamiya?

I used to use Penn Reel Lube on my HL metal gearboxes, then switched to White Lithium Grease as it stays on longer.
