I placed an order with BYA and John shipped four of the five items he had in stock, the fifth item still says it's in stock on his site but he said it's not, and one Item was missing a part that he said he will mail out ASAP, so we'll see what happens, the order came in about a week and I hope he gets back on track before it all goes south. This can happen with all the poor write-ups he been getting.

I purchased my parts 7 weeks ago from BYA, and never received them. After my purchase, I asked John how long he thought it would take. He said 3 weeks. And since then, he no longer replies to my emails. His site seemed like a reputable business. I guess this is a buyer beware situation. I hope someone posts here with more contact information….

My friend bought a Jadgtiger kit. He could not find tow front plates when ready to build. he contacted BYA, no reply so far. 2 months now. He had to sell it on ebay for a loss.
The stock status does not mean anything on his site. I had to wait fro 4 months for one item in stock on his site.

Why do i get the feeling the BYA phone will be ringing off the hook. And he will be paying back ALOT of monies.
I cant complain though i did buisness with them once a couple years back. Got my tracks and sprockets in 2 weeks and i was living in the UK at the time.
