From: northern front,
this recoil system(creepingdeath) is made for those who like to shoot bbs and shoot em hard...with accurate results. long range tank battles of 30+ meters is now a reality. around 170 fps at the muzzle makes for some spectacular long range shots....kinda gives us a warm fuzzy feeling.

From: northern front,
swath- i beleive it to be 6.10 we experienced ammo concerns with the tight bore bbls.
philipat- still alot of split decisions here for kit forms its an ongoing debate. and yes all of hl's tanks have been proto'd with the tru recoil system. except for the panzer 3 thats reserved for something special..."are you annoyed by rc parkfliers as much as us?"

okay...sounds good. I'm voting for making kits available as well as selling the whole tank. Alternatively, you could offer the service in which I sent you the gun, turret, etc and you mod it...priced by tank, I suppose.
I'm interested in the PZIII mod. I have a PZIII and Bulldog and would like to upgrade both guns, especially the latter.
Don't get it...I'm new to the R/C thing. Last time I had an R/C was over 20 years ago. It was a tank that drove forwards, backwards and turned. Had to move the turret by hand...no shooting...what's an "rc parkflier"?

Yeah, the tightbore 6.03 and 6.04mm barrels would give you an extra 20-30fps but the customer must use the highest quality ammo available and clean the barrel regularly. I can see why they'd drop it to 6.08 (stock airsoft) or 6.10. I would be game for the recoil units and guns, not whole tanks. Still curious to see what else they've got coming out.

From: northern front,
we cant give away all our secrets. but its not a stiffer spring and round after round after its quite dependable and accurate. we played with the stock hl gun and its a piece of junk. even with stiffer springs and tighter bbls it is just not reliable. from unsightly breach cracks to actually spitting out the rubber breach gasket,to the mentioned gear stripping they are just no good. the gun for us is one of the most important elements of the tank, if not the most important its got to be good.

Is this the same outfit that makes those great camo nets? If so, I have a few of them!

From: northern front,
sorry shen we cant give away all the secrets.
caragan, the tigers are due to release the 1st or second week of feb. followed by the pershing then bulldog, through feb. we are always prototyping some pretty cool afvs and I can promise there is some pretty neat things on the horizon. as far as kit form it seems there is an interest in this so it will weigh heavy in the ongoing debate. creepingdeath always ships global. in fact most of the time we ship free. cant promise that for tanks but we will find the cheapest and fastest way to ship larger products. website is nearing completion, more or less filling the catalogs.
phillipat- parkflyers are those annoying little electric airplanes, and helos like the "havoc" helocopter. 150 fps at 550 rpmX4 nuff said..
thanks Bodhi83!!

Well i don't get it...are these just HL tanks that have some mods done to them?
Or are they 100% new tanks?
Also on the air guns i suspect a stock unit just with a tighter bore would give you the 20FPS readings... If you do not mind me asking just what type of chrony did you use for your tests and what type brand of 6mm ammo... as i read all over that some chronies are way off and not acurate at all... I would like t to know what was used for the 170FPS tests if you don't mind..

From: northern front,
shen- all based on the hl platform for the better part of electronics and drivetrain. for testing and gun developing we went to one of the best ballistic experts in the biz, avid airsofter, and a longtime good friend http://www.venomballistics.com cant say for certain what brand of equipment they use at their shop, but the ammo is off the shelf crosman glo's. standard .12 gram bbs. we've been talking with them on really raising the bar for airsoft units. incedently they like too shoot stuff up too....

I heard the crossmen glow 12 bbs gave more FPS and i did not use them in my tests i used standard .12 bbs that came with the VS tanks.... ... I really don't like using.12bbs because no one makes any that biodegrade... I opt for .20 TSD or bioval these shoot more accuratly and biodegrade and don't mess up the land..
