Mold texture?

Default Mold texture?

Hello, well I'v used MR.SURFACER on my M-26 to get that mold texture..

Tell me what you think of the texture, I think it turned out ok.. I tryed my best with the camera that I have.

I have a few photos of the real thing from the Patton Museum. It looks pretty good to me.

looks a bit too course. Might want to nip off that *** on the front of the bow MG. The front barrel bearing is the same size as the jacket all the way to the end and should have that Japanese looking muzzle.

How do you apply mr surfacer?
Just applyed it with a paint brush and just blot not strokes, it drys very quickly so that is what makes it have its texture.

Yes I plan on getting rid of that tip as well, I also have some putty work to do this weekend. As for it being to course.. I'm sure when I paint the tank the paint will go into the deeper parts of the MR.Surfacer.

This is not the site that I got it from but I didn't find it untill after I ordered my bottle from POLAND!! LOL

Its under the products Gunze Sngyo and Aves... youll find it

Looks good to me.
I use mr dissolved putty.It's thicker than the 1000 that your using,more like the 500.
Just stipple it on,if it's too rough,sand it smoother.

This stuff is not that bad.. its like thick paint... thats the only way I can discribe it, and I love how it drys so quickly
