Hi fellas,
I just bought this M1A2 Abrams tank from ebay for £12.65 but the seller did not know what brand it was. I would very much like to know if it is Tokyo Marui or VsTanks pro. I believe it is TM but I would like a second opinion. I have some pictures so that should help.

You can just see at the top of this picture, the box with Japanese style letters on it.
Sorry for the blurry pictures. (Not my camera)
Thanks in advance, H20.

It takes 8 AA batteries. Heng long tanks take rechargable battery packs, plus heng long tanks only have 6 drive wheels and 2 torque wheels. TM and VsTank both have 7 like the real thing. So I'm pretty sure it isn't Hl. Thanks though.

The bits circled red look similar so I thought it was Marui.
Thanks for that picture, very useful indeed. Thanks everyone else.

Oh right. So technically it is still a marui product? I just want a quality tank without the pricetag of tamiya, hopefully this is it.

YAY!
The last one I went for went for over £60 and I didn't have that at the time.
So in your opinion, which would you say is better? Marui or VS? I prefer the VS transmitter but I dislike the engine and firing sounds.
Also, does anybody know how I can resize my pictures without reducing the quality?
Thanks everyone !

You may lose a little bit of quality, but not noticeably so, when you resize and compress your pics. An excellent utility to do this (and a heck of a lot more) is Irfanview -- and it's free
