say if im going to put an MG hole on the mantlet of the HL Snow Leopard, does someone who already did this have the right diameter, distance from top(mantlet),from side (mantlet),etc to make it more accurate.
because if one make a mistake on drilling one the nasty Hole cant be undone. or youll'e gonna have to repair it with something to fill it.
Tried to look at the real pershings to be a refference, but its hard to compare a photo on a front, side, views from an actual.

use about a 1/8 inch drill....eyeball it from photo. Sending a pic of one our Pershings at Ft Jackson Museum. The coax did not poke out, it sat inside , so just put in the hole and if you put a light in it, place it back a bit.
Disregard the Mickey Mouse skirts....some idiot at the shop put them on and they don't look anything like the real ones. [:'(]

Here's some more, I eyeballed mine too.
WW2 and early Korean tanks did not have tubular extensions for new sighting systems too.
Pattoncommander has forgotten more about these tanks then all of us will ever know, he used to drive them.
