Default Worth It?

Someone locally is selling a partially built full option Tamiya Tiger 1 for $250 Cad.

Says it comes with metal tracks, aluminum barrel but no remote included, would sell remote for extra.
Comes with box and all parts not already installed on the tank.

I don't know much about these Tamiya's so I thought I would get experienced opinions here.
What do you think?

If it is full option as he says, it is definitely worth it. [sm=thumbs_up.gif]

As long as the DMD, MF units, motors & gearboxes are there, I'd go for it.

None of the electronics are easily visible in the photos. Tamiya use to sell the a motorized Tiger WITHOUT the MF-T03. That was part of a optional "Hop-Up" kit that added the MF-T03, sound, etc.....

So it should have a MF-TO3, and DMD unit included?

To be considered "Full Option" yes. Plus the recoil mechanism, gun elevation motor, turret rotation motor, machine gun LED,......

But for $250 CAD, you could be missing a few bits and it would still be a good deal. It is the DMD and MF that cost BB - Big Bucks.

Good luck
