Could be *very* useful. I wonder how stiff it is with that foam core. Anybody ordering any to try and give us some feedback?

Have any of you guys tried the plastic that softens in hot tap water? You can buy it as pellets in various colors, pour hot water over it, then mold it with your hands into whatever shape you want, then cut & machine off the excess (and reuse). Ends up sorta like a nylon plastic. I used some to rebuild the return rollers on my Sherman, and it worked a treat.
I've seen it called "Friendly plastic", Polymorph, and I bought some at PrincessAuto in Canada called "Utile-plast".

I have seen that, sold either in pellets or in tablets and stripes, and always wondered how could it behave under stress.
