Rate The Retailers - New Purchases
I just received my 2nd Tiger from Raidentech, and though it might be helpful to let everyone know what we're all getting in a consolidated thread for reference when getting ready to place an order, and for new comers looking for information or where to buy. There still seems to be a lot of variations out there in what is being shipped, and can also be used to post good and bad experiences with online buying. Something like:
Date of purchase?
What did you order?
Where did you order it from?
What did you get, including specs and add-ons?
Any problems with order?
Did the retailer correct the problem, if any?

What did you order? HL Tiger, Smoke & Sound
Where did you order it from? Mato Toys
What did you get, including specs and add-ons? Smoke/Sound & Metal Gears, RX13 board, Metal reinforced chassis
Any problems with order? Initial tank would not start up, lights just flashed. Canada Post gave slow delivery, but item was shipped promptly by Mato. Should have paid extra for UPS
Did the retailer correct the problem, if any? Sent tank back at my cost, and received a new replacement tank. Replacement worked perfect. Would buy from Mato again if not available in the US

Used coupon code found online and received free shipping.. Would have like to see the reinforced chassis and RX14 board and thought they all had these now, but you can't beat a tank for $65 shipped! Would buy from them again

What did you get, including specs and add-ons? Only what always comes with a Mato Tank, S/S, Metal Gears, All metal Gears, not just one metal gear.
