I have been getting emails from this company for an HL al metal (gears, tracks...). Has anyone had any experience with them?

alibaba is like an imports database thing, search for stuff and find (chinese) suppliers etc...

Are they relaible at all? Has anyone used them? They have the metal version of the bulldog they say.

alibaba is a go between site it advertises manufacturers in china etc etc
it is where you can buy bulk lots like container loads from the manufacturer not were you would buy a one of
find a manufacturer and they will send you pricing and minimum order requirements etc if you get the drift also it is a place were you can get ripped off I have had pricing on some stuff no way it was legit was far too cheap any way buyer be ware do your home work etc before you part with allot of money


oh i asume you went on alibaba contacted a company they had listed selling stuff ?
do a search to make sure the company exists
also follow the FAQ on alibaba about how to varify if the company exists (that aint fool proof either )
also if they are a gold member etc (and if they are they wont want to even talk to you if you dont want a shipping container full of stuff)
also if you are onlly after a few items why take the chance keep with your local suppliers if you are not saving a bundle

I believe that Ali Baba is Arabic for thief. Not sure I'd trust a website named "thief.com"...
