Remove HL Pz4 wheels?

How do the road wheels and return idlers on the HL Panzer IV come off? I want to paint them. I assume the outer wheel is held on by friction alone but I didn't want to break them to find out [&:]

Sounds about right Panzerfaust - just get a nice flat blade and go around them in a slight wedge motion incase there is any glue on yours, then simply pop them off.
