Woahh! Do you live in the city? Which park? It doesn't have a combustion engine and doesn't carry live humans around. You woulda been shot at sunset if they found out it fired "BULLETS"!!! Commies! [:@]

Hello everyone. Case dismissed. No fines and the judge gave the ranger a quick briefing on the differences between a motor vehicle and a radio controlled toy. I almost felt sorry for him. So..... guess where I'll be going with my son for future tank battles. Best regards,JZ

Democracy and justice at it's best! It's good to see that the effort the allies put in to sort people like this out had some impact. I hate uniformed stuffed shirts (if you understand what I mean?).

Well done and keep running those tank toys.

Glad to hear it JZ - the system does work sometimes! You just have to stick to your guns [even if they are just airsoft!] and let the courts do their thing. All to often people just pay out citations that should never have been written because court can be such a hassle. It sounds like it was a learning experience for the Ranger... enjoy the park. That's why they are there

did you take the Tank into court with you and I presume that you will have to take a copy of the judges dismissal next time you go and play in the park with your tank.LOL

jz glad to here the case was dismissed if you had been found guilty you could have appealed under the 2nd ammendment infringing you right to the pursuit of happyness.at least you have a judge that has a brain .maybe should take legal advice about wether your rights have been infringed and take them to court to stop this happening again.make them pay a fine.Idiots with power are the most dangerous thing in the world .

I guy like that needs to be watched. Cases like this need to go on his record, and maybe even some disciplinary action IMO. Attitude is everything, and it is stuff like this that creates problems for the good people who are trying to serve and protect.

Hello all, guess where I went today! Had some good fun this time with my boys and attracted quite a few curious on lookers. I got bombarded with all sorts of questions. Thanks to the forum I was able to answer most of them. Everyone who wanted got a turn trying out my tiger, pershing and pzkw III. Lots of happy little faces and no tickets . I think the other dads were the most interested. No surprise. Maybe a few more people added to the hobby. Regards, JZ
