hi all ,does anyone stock elmod in the uk, if so what would i need ,im only after better sound, and how much would it cost to kit out a hl tiger

To upgrade to EL MOD & Sound keeping the stock radio would be $133.20 for the Booster/ TLS/ HL (M) for metal gears

Then you need to add the Blaster II and that is $ 139.00 with high end speaker!

my tiger has all metal upgrades so would the standard booster be up to it ?

Yes you would get the set up I mentioned above Thinktank Booster / TLS / HL (M)

The only time you would need the After burner or to buy the BigBooster is if you are planning on running more powerful motors!

also i have the recoil unit fitted with muzzle flash,is this still compatable

EL MOD has its own flash point in their board, and there is a spot to connect a Tamiya recoil unit! I assume that you are reffering to the all in one recoil unit, I want to say yes,

because voltages are simuliar but I need to test it and verify! I have two of those recoil units in house I just need to get the time to fit it and check it, I should be able to have that

tested out by Mid september at the latest! I will keep you posted!

Hello Icemonkey! I spoke to the EL MOD guys and it has been confirmed that the multifunction recoil unit does work with EL MOD simuliar modfication will need to be done like what is currently done to the Tamiy recoil unit to use it! The instructions are in German getting translated! But is has been confrimed ,,, and as soon as I get the english manual it will go on my website and I will post it here!

hi blitz ,is the thinktank blaster 3 any better ?

It is just the next generation, they are going to new memory card and ease of use for loading files but the specs are the same or very simuliar! Still need to get my spec sheet on it, but that is the word I got from the guys!
