I'm trying to locate a post made a while back of an excellent panzer IV paint job where the basecoat was silver with panzer grau on top. It looked amazing - like steel.
Anyone know the post I'm referring to?

What's wrong with the search function? Did you check the gallery to see if they posted pics?

How do you get to the tank gallery? I see buttons for helies, cars etc but not tanks. Why are no equivalent buttons for AFVs?

I agree the search engine is crap, even when searching for my own posts that I know the titles. That's ok though, the repeat questions actually keep this board alive during the slow times. It is definitely more exciting around Christmas time when everyone is getting new things to work on.
I have had great success when searching for threads on specific fixes, but can never seem to find specific posts when I need them.

Comon guys someone must know the post I'm referring too! It was a grey-painted HL Panzer IV F1 with a really good metal finish thanks to a silver basecoat. It wasn't that long ago!

The link to the gallery is right under the link to the War Room. I think I remember the tank in question. Wasn't that last year or earlier this year? Was it this forum or Panzerketten? Skuddy and Kettenjustav's tanks?

I bet you are looking for my friend Borealis's Panzer IV build, I saved it because I want to paint my Stug III something like this and he shows the recoil upgrade and radio fix also!
