Another option might be to try your local model airplane RC shop
Does your PanzerIII have the Phillips head or allen key head ?

The same thing happened to my one of my Tamiya grub screws. I was able to find a replacement at the local Ace Hardware. Just take one of the others with you.

rclaw,
when you say front wheel did you mean the sprocket, if it is the sprocket the bolt is an M3 12mm long allen head, should be able to get them easily I had the same trouble with one on a tiger apart from the bolt backing out i found the drive shaft bolt hole was about 8mm deep but only the first 4mm was threaded so had to run a 3mm tap down.
screwed the bolt back in with a small spring washer on it and a dab of blue thread lock, left it for an hour or so to let the thread lock cure and seems to be ok.
if i've got the wrong drift, just ignore
regards Jack.

Seller shipped me wrong grub screws so I used standard one to fix spockets wheels. I think you can do the same using common M3 or M4 size.

I meant to say the sprocket/drive wheel. The screw in the pic is exactly like the one i'm missing. So, i guess the hard ware store like Home Depot has it then. Thanks for the info.
