The "Tsar tank" by Nickolay Lebedenko. Didn't get much farther than its testing ground outside Moscow.

The Russians always had a fascination for large weapon systems up until the late 1930s with some notable examples being the T-35 heavy tank with 5 turrets & crew of 11 to the ANT-16 (TB-4) , a 6-engine bomber capable of carrying 10 tons of bombs. Guess Stalin had other things on his mind by that time.
