RE: Painted my tanks
Laught at what? A great paint job?
Nice weathering. There is a picture in PANZER COLORS I or III that looks a lot like your little PZ III. I likethe way you did the subtle weathering on the Pershing.
I say for a first time you scored a 10! Now what you need to do is look atyour own work and determine ifthere was a better way you could have done it. If not then great...however there is always a better way. Find it and keep painting!

nothing to laugh at...not bad at all for a first time job. Dirt-mud looks good. Now to get appropriate numbers & markings on them and needed mods. On the M-41 mufflers, 'Rust-All'"does a much better job than "rust" paint. Great initial step.

If YOU like it then it is PERFECT. If you dont do it over. I love painting my tanks. Thats the beauty of Acrylics, they just wash of with windex if you dont seal them. and I never seal my paint jobs, just in case. LOL

I agreed. I'm pretty sure i'll be painting something else again, especialy on the Bulldog...
Pattoncommander:
Where can i find "Rust-All"?
Panther G:
I thought about Acrylics, but decided to use Testol because they have 10 bottles of military color in a set.

The thing about the non acrylics is most are oil based. they can take for ever too dry if they dry ar all. And some can attact certain types of plastic. just be sure the paints you choose are styrene and ABS safe. the accrylics also clean up much aeaseir. thatys all.
