Ok so before I even start I’ll say it, I didn’t do my research and I bought a worthless tank from Hobby Engine and now I’m paying for it. Right out of the box the thing does not work. The only time it even moves is when you touch the antenna of the remote to the antenna of the tank. Can somebody please tell me how I can fix the problem, the Hobby Store I bought the tank from “Tankzone” was very helpful selling me this product but once I tried to contact them about the fact that it did not work they stopped returning my e-mails. I’ve seen a couple Hobby Engine tanks on youtube, with their owners stating that they have different boards installed in them. If anybody knows what I need to replace I would much appreciate any help I can get. On a positive note I have a fully upgraded M41A3 Walker Bulldog on the way that I purchased from RC Command.

The easiest and best thing to do is a full conversion to Heng Long electronics. you can buy everything you need except the gear boxes in a kit form. It's the S&S conversion kit. You can get everything from RCCommand, and Bill will be happy to help you out. I have the Hobby Engine LEO2A5. I'm actually in the process of fittng Tamiya tracks and sprockets from their LEO onto mine. i'm using my old Tam Panther gearboxes. I am having custom shaft adapters turned to do this. Then I'll most likely be converting to a full El-Mod kit. From Phil at RCTankWars.com . I think thats the correct addy.

Other than the cheap electronics and runnig gear it is actually a really nice tank. I like it alot. tons of room inside so many upgrdae options are possible.
