He was doing the same thing in the giant scale forum, but he wound up trying to sell only what he carried instead of considering also selling what the majority of the people really liked.

well i dont know what he is doing but i have6 tamiyas an 3 hl,s and looking for a 1/8 scale or 1/6 scale rc tank an i will pay up too $3000 for one in nice shape so email me if you got one too sell

I agree. I don't answer questions or polls without a name to go with them. This is the same bunch who were hawking the "Racing tank" couple weeks back, and lamented that if no one bought it, factory would cease production. However, seems engageRC has never seen one, and my suggestion to stock one was unanswered.

No, I haven't bought one (yet)... My economy hasn't gotten stimulated enough yet.. I think they were running around $1200, but my info is somewhat dated. Oddly enough, I didn't see a price on their web site.
I'm sure you'll hear back from them soon, their customer service seems top notch.

Yeah as soon as I saw them I knew they were the Chunwia tanks. This guys prices are way over the top. Looks like he's trying to make 7 or 8 hundred dollars on each tank no mater the scale. I would deal with chunwia direct myself if i could afford one of these tanks.
