Hi Gentlemen . I need help to identify where can I found these board in US. I’ve burned out two RX-18 and a RX-14(that have a similar component) . When I burned out my first RX-18 I was applying full throttle ahead with the tank suspended in my hands.

I think you will find it cheaper to buy a new RX 18

I've never seen anyone sell the FET daughtercard. As YHR mentioned, you can buy a replacement RX18 (rccommand.com, matomart.com, rctankwars.com). You could try to source replacement FETs if you are comfortable with SMT rework, but it may not be worth it.
