Is there such a thing as 3:1 steel gearboxes for HL? If so who has them?

The Blitz reported that he was about to receive a set for mounting in my Matorro KT, but I've not seen them available for general consumption on Bill's site yet [&o]

Hey guys. All I can say is the gears are currently in transit to us; however, in very limited qty as they were unable to completely fill our order for the steel gears.

Will have the posted on the site as soon as they arrive or at least let you know about it here, on RCU.

These will give you a lot more pulling power, but on the Bulldog you'll be a long way away from scale speed, even with 480s...not to mention Speed400s.

Seems more appropriate for the WWII/Korean War tanks.

Thanks, but I'm not looking for speed ... right now. Just some quiet clean running gears.

Hey Panther F, Bill already has steel gears, just not in 3:1.

"Once you try these, you'll agree with everyone else that has them. There is no comparison. Oustanding quality, super smooth and super quiet! Gearbox with steel gears (set of two - assembled) available for Tiger I, Panther, Panzer III, Panzer IV F1 & F2, M26 Pershing Snow Leopard, M41A3 Bulldog & TauchPanzer III. Now available in the low profile gearboxes for the Stug III"
