Default Sloppy metal gearboxes?

Do some of you guys notice how sloppy the metal to metal contact is of some of the gears are in the HL geat boxes. Well I think I may have found a solution to this problem.
Offset bushings. They can be turned in the cases to get the centerlines of the shafts to the proper spacing so you get better gear mesh. Less wear Less noise.

Well too explain it it would be better to have a pic, but unfortunately the pic I have is in the wrong format at the moment . As soon as i have the bushings in hand i will take a new pic and post.
But to simlpy explain what tey aer is simple. It is just like the brass bushings used in the metal geart HL gearboxes Accept the hole is off center. Up too .035 ths. of an inch so all you do is set up your gear boxes like you usually do but when you have a set of gears the dont mesh well you us the offset bushing inplace of the original to get better gear mesh. Then you just solder them in like you do any other time. The offset hole allows you to move the center line of a gear closer too or farthe away from another gear.
