wsn t-34/85 progress
just thoght i would post something to show that im actully doing something other than scrounging for parts some things NEEDED doing others are just for my own whimsical resoning
one of the needs was the reinforcment of the front plate with a slab of 2mm alu to remove the nasty wobble the hull front i removed the hatch as i wanted an opening hatch to hide the switches under the rest is just general tidying and cleanup the front hull is covered in mr surface to replace the light texture of the origonal i filled all the holes in the engine hatch and drilled new ones under the grill(were there hidden)

The T34 is a fun one to work with. That's a bummer that version had the molded on drivers hatch, how did that come out?

the moulded hatch came off easy i ran a scalpel down both sides repeatedly until it went throgh as it was very thin the only problem was it left a cornered hole which needed some little scraps of plastic to give it the rounded profile
