Power Switch on HL Tiger S&S
The power switch on my HL Tiger S&S with RX-13 board has three wires. One red wire comes from the battery to the left contact, one wire goes from the middle switch contact to the RX-13 board, and one white wire goes from the right switch contact to the receiver board.
My question is, what does the white wire do? I used an ohmmeter to buzz out the switch. In the OFF position the connection from the positive end of the battery to the RX-13 board is broken (left and middle contacts), but there is connection between the middle contact and the white wire going to the receiver board. In the ON postion there is connection between the battery and the RX-13 board, but no connection between the middle contact and the white wire.
Any ideas about the white wire from the ON/OFF switch to the receiver board?
Thanks

RE: Power Switch on HL Tiger S&S
It's used to discharge static electricity. If the aerial hits something metal, it's supposed to protect the tank. It's also been known to blow more boards then any other cause when working inside the tank, we leave that wire off.
