Default Has anyone added buttons to the DX5e yet

Has anyone seen or have added buttons to the DX5e Spectrum radio yet id like to add them to mine I have the DX6i also and plan to do that one .

Yep seen that one from Grompix have it tagged in short cuts am looking to see if anyone did a DX5e yet. It works great with the Tamiya Pershing but would like to just push a button then fire main gun and the same with hull gun .

Yes, I have. Works well as long as the rate is set to high. My USMC Sherman is now using it. I placed two buttond for Main and Machine gun.

Could you describe how you did it please. I'd like to save some money and get just the DX5e transmitter (have extra AR6100 receivers that I think will work with the DX5e).

Checked out the DAC site can not find the info you have there for the DX5e just for the DX6 .

Hello Jimmy , just change out the toggle switch for a momentary switch, there is no palarity to the wires. Just desolder them from the toggle swith and attach them to the legs of the momentary switch!

Witch switch you talking about Phil there is 3 of them hi/lo rate and trainer and ch5 .
