One more question... Can I plug my regular 6-channel radio into this battle system, or am I restricted to HL radio gear? If I can't use my regular hobby radio, when will that become an option?

The RCCommand Battle System uses the stock HL radio as the receiver is the original. I dont know if an after market Radio upgrade option is in the works. Bubbajoexx may know. What do you say Joe. Does Bill have a plan for this, because I have upgraded my HL Tiger I to the piont that it is almost a Tamiya so it would be nice to use a good radio. I want to get the futaba 6ex 2.4Ghz job. Nice radio.

I thought I would give this post a bump, It seems this product is what a lot of us HL owners have been waiting for. And hoping that someone in the near future will post their review on this, and since Phil took all my fun money I know it won't be me for a little while
