I know this is off topic, so I'll say i'm sorry now.....my brother got this boat and it did not work....out of the box. Notice whats missing? I'm asking here cause I spend nearly all my time here in the tank section....nobody answered this in the boat section.

Looks like there are some parts missing but not seeing another board just like it they mite not be needed for this version .
