I've noticed that a lot of emails seem to go missing nowadays.

My Gf's always getting messages from people on Myspace/facebook asking why she's not replied to an email that she didn't recieve (even though our mail server (Zen) have turned the spam filter off.)

Well still no news from RCC, I have read in this forum that's Bill has been sick, but I have also read that he has shipped tanks and parts out, so my guess is thats he is up and running, but just don't will deal with me anymore, pretty though, when I think about the amount of money I have spent in his shop the past years....

i have had the same from him and all i can think is he will not have to worry about my money anymoore. there is to many other good sellers out there to put up with bad service.

I usually hear from Bill from time to time, but even I havent heard from him. I do know there where other things going on in the backgroud that was being sorted out so I think there is a reorganization process in effect currently. I hope things get sorted out soon. I have a long list of things I need and I would hate to have to start having to purchase from numerous suppliers again. I'm sure things will improve, lets just hope to much damage hasn't been done.

I finally got a respons from RCC, the missing part for my Jagdpanther will be packed and shipped later on today, so let us just hope that things is getting back on track at RCC...

I have been waiting for a month for a replacement RCC battle system which Bill promised to send me after the one I received proved to be defective, but nothing has come so far...

I "spoke" to him via his website a couple of days ago. He's been thru a rough patch, but he says hes in the process of straightening it out. Theres a way of communicating with him on his website, Im not sure of the proper name for it. You type in a message and he response with a message, etc,etc. He's usually on late at night/early morning my time (central time USA)

I didnt do a very good job of explaining what I meant. You go to his website. At the top far right there is a button that says Live Chat. Put you arrow on that and it will tell you if he is online or not. I just checked and he is online right now......6:29pm central time in the USA. I have had no luck with Emails or phone calls but the live chat was successful. I ordered and got my order very quickly. Hope this helps.

What the heck?? He's on the Live Chat area of his website all the time!!! and he's there right now!! Why cant you people get ahold of him? I could go there right now 6:58pm central time and talk to him. I'll repeat my last post, go to his website, click on the "Live Chat" button at the far upper right hand side of his home page. Talk to him. Its that simple.

Keep in mind, it is Thanksgiving time. I'm sure he'll be around soon. On a side note, I have purchased 4 tanks from Bill and was always taken care of to the highest degree. Things will come around. I have no doubts what so ever. Happy Thanksgiving To All.
