HL standard metal gear boxes tiger.
Does anyone know if the tooth count is the same for both the metal and nylon gears in the gear boxes?
I know guys where using the plastic gears in the metal gear boxes to make a 3:1 gear box, wondering if I should buy another set of HL metal gear boxes and just go that route?

yes.. they have the same size and gears... and i think metal will sound better.. cuz n mine i used a grease to take out the noise..
