so i got bit by the tamiya semi truck bug and pretty much dove head first into that. I now have my "tank hauler" but its completely apart to do a tandem conversion on it. got some old pieces going, some new ones in the works.

my pershing is still going strong on the nylon gear boxes lol. oh and its naturally weathered now lol.
my panzer 3 is ... troubled.. i need to take some links out to get it to stop throwing treads..
my tiger 1 ... well lets say i dislike the tiger drive train and it sits on the shelf collecting dust..
my 1:9 Abrams, it sits on the top shelf allot. I got it working again and have had it out for fun but its a 2 man job to get it out of the house and go anywhere with it!


now tonight a buddy of mine and i were on youtube and we saw a russian tank from HL. it looks allot better and well made. can you guys throw me your opinions and its flaws and pluses? winter is pretty much here and i like the tread pattern. thinking it might make a nice winter snow booter. looks to have nice wide treads and big wheels to keep up with the bulldog across snow drifts lol.

oh and nice big shout out to the regulars if you guys are still around!

Hello Stuff WoW it has been a while since I have seen you on here.
I've been working on a Corsair since april and getting close to getting it done and then it's back to HO trains again for me.My tanks are setting on the shelves gathering dust also.Mabe I'll have to get a couple out and charge the batterys and run them around the house a little myself.Winter is starting to show up here also.Glad to see your still around......

Good to hear from you,, the Stuff! The KV-1 is great and has a lot of potential,, I have an eval post on here about 4 pages back and I am going to follow up with a video of it with the Asiatam 3:1 installed! The suspension comes a little week sometimes so you do the clocking mod with the springs and tighens her right up! Oh and it has it own unique Motor, MG, & Cannon sound!

good to see some of you guys are still around here to. it has been too long!!

recently i have had the pershing up and going again but the slippers are ... well..[:@] slipping lots lol. never did get the metal gear box in them cause simply, they didnt friggin fit! lol.

I think i might try to sell my tiger 1 desert yellow and my giant abrams and get the russian kv-1 tank. I know my buddy tom (one with the bulldogs) will get that sherman. its been his favorite one and he has wanted one for as long as we have been into the tanks but he wont spend 500 bucks on a tank + radio.

I saw on matomart that there is a super version and super IR version. does the IR one still fire bb's? not like i actually fired them much, just nice to say it does fire something lol. (even the local police laughed when they stopped by one night after a neighbor called complaining that we were driving around tanks that were shooting at each other lol!)

Nice tank video. I just love them in the snow. The H L IR tanks do not shoot the BBs but the IR system is MUCH MORE FUN for two or more tankers.

He did the design on the sides of the box,, a few months back Mato through swathdiver put out a call for the box design help and he was one of the guys that got his Art on it!

Very cool ay,, just another clue that the Shermans are landing!
