I have ordered the Mato Sherman from www.matotoys.com international (the 7th of november), and I also paid through PayPal. But nothing has happened with my order yet. The order is correcty done, I can see it in my account page.

Is this common for the ordering process from matotoys? Their webiste says "fast shipping", 1-2 days I think....

1-2 days if you live in Canada but it'll take longer to get to Norway.

You normally would get confirmation from Mato that your order has shipped. If you are in North America this process usually occurs flawlessly, However, when an order is filled from China, this process does break down. Most European orders are filled from China, and I am betting that is why you have not got your confirmation of shipping. When stuff has been shipped to me from Mato-China, it usually just shows up with my order status never changing on the web page.

On Monday I paid for three tanks via Western Union... now waiting for the package.
As has been advised they do not accept PayPal...

Don't worry too much, I ordered a jagd last month, nothing happened for 5 or 6 days, the suddenly I had an email saying it had been dispatched, got it 6 days later from China, worth the wait.

Also note that Mato was out of the office for 3-4 days for that toy show.

dont worry... you'll get your tank.. maybe theyr just out of stock and waiting for the tank to be instock... youll be fine.. havent heard any tankers here complaining about not recieving their tanks from mato...

I always use Paypal with Mato. They even have a box you check off to let them know that is how you wish to pay

good to know this... but i am in touch with sales in china. there they stated that cannot use pay pal (strange though...) anyway we'll wait...

Well, I'm in Canada and I've had to wait as much as 5 days (across a weekend) for my order to change from pending to shipped. Currently I'm waiting on an order to be delivered that took 4 days across a weekend. This would be within their "1-2 days" shipping commitment. Of course, it has been "electronically submited" on Canada Post for three days now....but that is Canada Post, not Mato.

The purpose of a hobby is to relax. So just sit back, relax, and enjoy the anticipation!
