This forum is truly the RC UNIVERSE for tankers. We have Tamiya and Hen Long guys, Bandai and WSN, we have kit bashers, modifiers and scratch builders. You can choose IR or Air Soft, TBU, DBU or an El Mod, metal or plastic, we're all from different walks of life and backgrounds and we reside in different states, countries and continents. But here, we all share on common ground, here on this forum we all come together to celebrate and participate in our collective common interest - RC Tanking.
For me the holidays are the same, so whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, or Quanza matters not. Whether you call him Santa, Father Christmas, or simply the Christmas Spirit, amounts to little in the big picture. This time of year is about celebrating your beliefs, and spending time with family and friends that matter to you.
So however it is you choose to celebrate this time of year, whatever traditions you have, I wish all of you and your families a very safe and happy holiday season!
Merry Christmas!
Craig (Streetsquid)
PS tonight, regardless of what your belief system is, let's all take a moment to remember and honor the men and women around the world who are away from their families and loved ones, fighting for, and protecting our freedom and freedom and rights of those who need it!

All my 'sons' in Irak, Afghan, and Chechnya were sent their cards and greetings scheduled to arrive in the last few days from the various APO's, and the emails went out today. The emails of appreciation are heartwarming for this old grunt. A finer group of lads the world has never seen.
Yelean'chka and I wish all of you a Merry Christmas, and may the coming New Year bring peace, prosperity, and happiness. God bless.

No, Jimmy, not my house. We don't get that kind of snow here, no where near that. In fact the last 3 days I've been running around in a tee shirt outside. That will end shortly, however, as the Siberian Express is due to visit any day now.
That particular structure is a Church somewhere in the wilds of former SSSR. Here's one in Krimea, a little easier to ID as a Church. Merry Christmas, lad. Have a good one.

Merry Christmas to everyone. May there be a tank and metal tracks under every tree!
From Winterpeg (where we are finally getting snow, starting last night), Seasons Greetings to all!
