40MM Roof
Has ayone added the extra armor on the roof of thier late Tiger 1? Pictures I have do not show it clearly. Anyone have a picture or drawing?

Don,
I did a late spilt 40mm turret roof on my JUN 44 production Tiger I. The only descrepencies are: I did not get the loader's hatch 100% correct. It should be recessed into the turret roof, I have mine laying flat on the roof.
And finally the close defense weapon should be a little farther away from the edge of the turret.
I used "Germany's Tiger Tank" by Jentz and Doyle as my reference. So far no one has noticed or said anything! So it must be good to go!
