i just had a very bad eksperiens with tankzone uk.i put in an order 13/12-2009 payd by creditcard and i have yet to recive my order all i got so far is a lame eksplanation and they are ignoring all mails
therefore dont order at tankzone there service stinks

i have never had any issue with them i have spent more money with them than any other suppiler, there communication is rather poor thogh and mails rarely get answers

I can say that my exerience with them was good overal. I agree they are difficult to get in touch with, but the parts will get there eventually. I don't deal with them often as they are quite far away, but anything I ordered took some time to receive.

tankzone is fine with me even I ordered from AUSTRALIA. Best bet I would recommend is call him direct on ENGLISH TIME.

I've never had a problem with TANKZONE. Been doing reqular business going on two years now. Really never had a problem with any vendor.

I don't think dishonesty is involved. Perhaps bad communication. I do indeed understand your frustration, but I'm sure all will be made right. Just keep attempting to communicate.

I hope you get the stuff you need soon, and be sure to let us see the pictures!

I just think they are too darn expensive, plain and simple. maybe just too big for their own britches.

they are pricey on some stuff but the free uk postage makes some things much cheaper than elsewere(for me anyway)

hi steen and others yes i have been calling in opening aours all i get is voicemail end they write on there website that they only answer uk callers
i mailed them tons of times and nothing just very poor service still mad especialy sins i have payed[:@]

I've had the same exact problems with tankzone........but I have to admit I EVENTUALLY did receive what I ordered...........Customer service is terrible however, so I only order from Tankzone when all other avenues are exhausted...
