Visit here to see some tips and use the search function (top left on the home page) for Sherman "Firefly" too:

My Feedback: (1)
These items are easy to scratch. I used parts from a 1/35 model and scaled up the measurements and cut the parts from sheet styrene.

Ethan has built a really oustanding Sherman Firefly, as imaged in Firefly thread, as has YHR. Both have good solutions that most modelers can attempt.
And that is why I saved the thread, beacuse I eventually want to build one too. But right now I am building a 90mm gunned, Sherman based, M-38B Jackson tank destroyer, which should work as well as the Firefly for backyard fights against all those invincible 9 shot Tamiya panzers, including my own kraut tanks.
