@Panther G...sorry to hear about your son...hope he recovers quickly.

@BiggTony...how was the shipping price from Mitosal? I looked at them in the past for a few parts, but the shipping on small parts seemed almost as expensive as the parts. Did it come down at all?

Here's some Oskette tracks for you...and on sale. http://www.asiatam.com/panzerkampfwa...ette-p-89.html

I believe osketten tracks are made by Asiatam while the winterketten tracks are made by IMPACT.

Impact makes both the Ostkette and the wintterketten. Asiatam makes only the winterketten. And I know who makes the parts for Asiatam.

The boy is doing fine guys. thanks for the well wishes. didn't mean to beat anybody up around here but i had to beat something up.<div> The Asiatam winterketten tracks are great. But they only make ther one side. i have yet to see a set with a left and right track. Impacts have a much rougher casting which i think looks good. They make both OSTket and Winterket.  It just boils down too which style you like the best. Personally I'm liking the Ostketten more and more and less chance of breaking off a tang.</div><div> I will tell you guys this, Asiatam parts are not made by Asiatam. and their mark up is insane compared too what they are paying the manufacturer for them. Like I said, something is brewing over there and it could be good, or it could be bad. We'll just have too wait and see.</div>

That's good to know ... makes, carries, it's all the same. I guess I need to stop by here more often and get caught up on all the details since some of my info is dated. That's one of the benefits of being camped out on here instead of building.

Hey Phili,
Shipping wasn't too bad since they went registered post.Roughlya touch bit more than what some folks charge states side for featherweightparts. Shipping was $11.21 to ship a pound of metal swing arms from Singapore with tracking.

Greg,I'm happy to hear he's going to be ok.
Guys, I waas researhcing these tracks a bit and found that asiatam's version is only 1 side, so one side will be on correctly and the other will be reversed.I know this was done on the real tanks at times, but I'd like to get the correct ones.
Sev, I was looking for ostkettens, unless it would be correct for and Africa corps. tank to have winterkettens? Anyone? Well, if they are correct I will buy them from eto.
Oh one more dumb question now that I officially hi-jacked this thread from Tony. Is it possible that a Tauchpanzer would have any of these tracks installed?

Yeah, I asked him last night about bulk sales and distribution sales.....not really competitive, so I can see why most would carry them. He states most of his resellers are in Japan where the market seems to be most lucrative for him. I can see that, since ordering anything while living in Japan, costs a lot and takes forever to arrive. But the prices he directed me to, just doesn't seem beneficial. 10% off of $1000 dollars isn't what I call distributor discounts.
