***Another Update***

-A free lunch of Chili and Pie will be provided.

-TJM will have parts for 10 airsoft unit modifications on hand. Thanks to everyone who has responded so far.

-Dennis continues to work on ruins, and we now have more battlefield accessories (Sdkfz251, M16 HT, Pak 40 and soldiers)

-Contact Phil at rctankwars.com for your DBC. Last I heard he may have a couple still in inventory.

I have confirmed my day off for the 23rd.  I am rushing now to get my Tiger operational.  I may have to bring it incomplete but running.

I will be watching the weather that week.

If it looks good for outdoor activities on the 23rd, I will take the 22nd, or part of it off to cut a decent size protion of grass real short for optimum operating conditions.

Long Range Forecast says we are looking at a "Mostly Sunny" Saturday with temperatures around 55 F for the Oct23 CAN-AM Battleday.

Everything is still a go! Rain or Shine!

Please ensure all your batteries are charged and that you are know how to get to the Fort Erie Sportsman's club.

See you there!

Is there anything else you would like us to bring? (ie: extra snack-food, drink, tools...)
Looking forward to meeting you all and see you Saturday (not sure exactly what time as I'm driving down from London)

I can't speak for Tim but I am the guy that arranged to use the club, since I am a member and am on the board there.

If you bring drinks or anything like that, you can put them in the refridgerator. We have hot and cold running water, washrooms etc. but the water is from a cistern and is not potable; so drinks might be a good idea.

The clubhouse has heat, power outletsand lights etc. as well as tables and chairsso comfort isn't a problem.

We will require some sort of eyewear for airsoft shooting at the club, regular glasses, sunglasses, etc., this is a condition of use of the club, I can explain why on Sat.

We will have one indoor areaarea approx. 30 ft. x 30 ft.where we can operate indoors and another adjoining area with the kitchen that is about 20 ft x 30 ft for the instruction seminars and socializing.

I will cut the grass in the outdoor area good and short, hopefuly the weather is kind.

The Septh 11 CAN-AM event was great, I am looking forward to this one.

Just a reminder, We will be serving a free lunch of Chili, bread and pie. You may want to bring your own drinks as I have not heard from our chef if he is providing them as well.

A few leaf rakes would be a good thing.

I just finished cutting a good sized area of grass short. I chewed up the existing leaves and blew them away but expect some more will fall tonight.

What a BLAST! Thanks to Tim, John, Glenn, Brian, Keith, HULU et al for a really fun afternoon! The airsoft /airhard workshop was aces and everyone was really great company. I love being a tanker! (The last photo shows the difference a TJM airsoft/airhard upgrade makes.)

Thanks to the fellows who set up the meet and thanks for the chili, it was delicious.  Also I am truly amazed by the air-soft hop up.  It was cool to meet some of you in person that I have talked to or followed here on the forum.  I will definitely try to come down again.  In the mean time...  I need  more tanks!

Special thanks to thomasjohnmurphyfor putting on"Airsoft School" and taking quite a bit of time to help everyone with their airsoft guns, it took a lot of time and effort; I think everyone that was there thought it was very informative.

I appreciated gettingthe gun on the HLPanther G tuned up.
