Default ninja engine question

Is the mugen ninja .21 engine all about torque or have bunch of top end like the os v spec .21????? and what starter box should i get with it that is an affordable price...btw im gettin the mugen mbx5 t

Its a kick *** .21. I use the jp-1 and jp-2 pipes. Dont forget the extra glow plugs, ninja ones. I just passed gallon 2 on mine and it performs well. It launches my truggy and runs with the modded modelds out there.
The .28 is due out today, Ive had it on back order for 3 months now. I too am working on a mbx5t prospec, round one of the pro series starts in 4 months

so would the os t-2050 pipe leave me enough top end?? because i allready have one

i read on amain hobbies site that the 2050 does not work well with the ninja. they dont say why. i use a
jp-2 on my ninja, it runs great.

hey man u need to run the ninja pipe with long header to see the real potential of this mill. its the top engine out right now i beleive at the worlds there were tons of them i think the only better engine is the os vzv v-speed

Staright from A-Main. Check over at TruggyRacers.com...lotta guys in there run that motor.

Tuned Pipe Selection
The MR21 B01 engine works well with the Novarossi 9886 style tuned pipes, but does not work very well with OS T-2050 or T-2060 tuned pipes. The best pipe for this engine is the new MR Ninja 2053 tuned pipe which was designed specifically for this engine.
