Default Truggy questions

Hi everybody,
I got a guestion that I am sure can get answered here. I am the proud owner of a Revo 2.5 with an 18Tm, Single servo mod and center diff. Currently I am running some Badlands.
Last weekend I finally got to drive a Mugen Truggy and I was blown away with the handling of the truggy. It felt so nimble and would turn on a dime. My Revo on the other hand handles O.K but nowhere near what the truggy was capable of.

What makes the Truggies handle so much better than the Revo? Is it weight distrubution, chassis layout I mean my Revo has all the mods on it to be a Truggy but, its just not the in the same class.
Thanks, Mike

a revo is very very heavy compared to a mugen, theyre the lightrest rc vehicle about, and he might had a good steering servo, there are alot of variables like what wheels r u running.

What makes the truggies handle so well are their weight distribution, as well as the excellent steering geometry of the MBX5T. And since they are so light, and it has a real center diff, there is an advantage

I am running 1/2 inch offset velocities. I kind of thought part of it was weight distrubution I hadnt really thought about overall weight and actual steering geometry. Is there anyone who could explain the steering geometry differences between the two.

Wider, longer, lower center of gravity, better weight distribution, and many other reasons I am sure. And yes, a proper center diff with brake bias.
